Everything a gig driver needs, in one app.

Trips, earnings, expenses and reports live together, so the numbers you file at tax time are the numbers you actually drove.

Automatic mileage tracking

Background GPS mileage tracking with no manual start: drives are detected, measured and logged by themselves, on Pro and above.

Earnings and invoices

Every platform and client in one ledger — and BrewGig turns finished work into branded PDF invoices on Premium.

The home screen greeting the driver, with a pill reading “Auto-tracking · Business”, a vehicle picker set to all vehicles, and a card totalling what the month earned with the per-day figure, distance and hours beside it, over shortcuts to Track, Expense, Fuel and Income.

Expenses and receipts

Photograph the receipt straight onto the expense, and fuel keeps its own log beside what the vehicle earns.

You drive. BrewGig does the bookkeeping.

Three things happen around every shift, and on Pro and above none of them needs you to touch your phone while you drive.

Set up once

Tell BrewGig how you work: the platforms and clients you work with, your country and currency, and — if you drive — automatic tracking, on Pro and above. It finds the battery and permission settings that silently stop trackers and walks you to each one.

Log as you go

On Pro and above drives are detected and measured by themselves, with a live pill reading “Recording · 2.4 km”, and one swipe files anything left unsorted. Tasks, earnings and tips take a couple of taps; an expense takes a photo of its receipt.

Invoice, estimate, export

Finished work becomes a branded PDF invoice on Premium, the tax estimate updates from the same records on your country’s real tax year, and a formatted Excel export is on every plan — including free.

Same miles. Bigger deductions.

Most drivers under-claim because their log has gaps. Slide to see what a complete log is worth over a year of driving.

How far do you drive for work?

An average week, across every platform.

Trips you never logged cannot be claimed. BrewGig records the ones you would forget — the short hops between deliveries and the drive back at the end of a shift.

No mileage rate is published here for your country yet, so this shows the distance only. In the app you enter the rate your own tax authority sets.

Real screens from BrewGig on Android.

Built for people who work for themselves.

Four ways the same records earn their keep — whether the job is driven or desk-bound.

Drivers & couriers

The driving is the job, so the log keeps itself, on Pro and above.

Freelancers & client work

From brief to bank, with the paper trail intact.

Multi-platform hustlers

Many apps, one ledger — your business is the sum.

Everyone at tax time

Kept all year, so April is an export, not an excavation.

Free to start. Upgrade when it pays for itself.

Three plans: a free one you can stay on, and two paid ones. What each costs, what it allows and how long the trial runs are read from the live catalogue rather than written into this page — open the pricing page for the current figures.

Free

The ledger, at no cost and with no card: earnings from every platform in one place, expenses with their receipts, a mileage log you add to yourself, and a tax estimate on your own tax year.

Pro

Adds automatic mileage tracking — on Pro and above the app detects a drive with no manual start, keeps the route and ends the trip where you parked — along with more room across the rest of the app.

Premium

Everything in Pro, and the tools for running the business side of it: branded PDF invoices, the deeper tax reports and the advanced analytics.

Questions drivers ask before installing.

The short answers. The longer ones live on the feature pages and in the policies.

Is the free plan actually usable, or just a trial?
It is a real plan with no clock on it. It carries monthly limits rather than an expiry date, and the exact limits are in the comparison table above — read from the same configuration the app enforces.
Yes. Mileage tracking is one pillar of the app, and it stays off until you turn it on. A freelancer who never drives uses BrewGig to log work as tasks against clients, send branded PDF invoices, keep expenses with their receipts, track earnings across platforms and watch a running tax estimate — none of which involves a vehicle.
Yes. Log work as tasks against a client, then build a branded PDF invoice from those records and keep an eye on who has paid and who has not. Which plans include invoicing is shown in the comparison table above — read live from the same configuration the app enforces.
No. Turn tracking on once, on Pro and above, and drives are detected, measured and logged by themselves, with the phone in your pocket and the screen locked. A live status pill shows the distance recording in real time, and each trip ends where the vehicle parked.
Some Android phones silently stop background trackers to save battery. BrewGig checks its own running conditions and detects the battery-optimisation and permission settings that cause it, then walks you through fixing them from inside the app.
Automatic tracking, on Pro and above, keeps location on while it is armed, and anything that watches for a drive uses power while it waits. How much is yours to control: Business mode watches all the time so a shift is never missed, Private mode closes trips quickly at a stop, work hours limit the window in which BrewGig listens at all, and the wake-up guard means the app can be dormant where you parked and still catch you driving away. The Track screen shows whether tracking is armed right now, so it is never a guess.
Yes. Add the vehicles you drive, pick one when a trip starts, and read the mileage log per vehicle or with every vehicle combined. How many vehicles each plan allows is in the comparison table above, read from the same configuration the app enforces.
Pick the mode that matches your driving — the three modes come with automatic tracking, on Pro and above. Business files trips as Business by itself; Private files them as Personal and ends trips quickly at stops; Mixed sends every trip to a review queue where one swipe right files it as Business and one swipe left as Personal.
It is built for exactly that. Trips end where the vehicle parked with the walk to the door trimmed off, GPS noise is filtered, the driven route is stored as evidence, tiered rates such as the UK’s band rules are applied correctly, and a business purpose is captured per trip as IRS Publication 463 expects.
The action that would exceed the limit is refused, and you are told which limit you hit. Nothing already logged is touched, and reading, editing and exporting your existing records carry on working.
No. Every price on this page is the total you pay — any tax due where you live is already inside it, and nothing is added at checkout. Our payment provider, Dodo Payments, is the seller of record and works out the tax for your location out of that amount, then emails you a receipt for each payment.
No. The trial asks for no card at all, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can charge you by surprise. When the trial ends your account moves to the free plan on its own, and you choose whether to pay from there.
Yes, on Pro and above. Save it as CSV and the importer matches your columns automatically, including the templates used by the previous version of BrewGig. You get a row-by-row preview showing exactly which rows have problems and why, before anything is written.
Nothing is deleted. You drop to the free plan and keep read access to your history, and Excel export stays available on every plan — including free — so your records are never locked behind a payment. Branded, printable PDF reports are a paid feature.
Estimates run on each country’s real tax year — April to April in the UK, for example — with quarterly or instalment schedules where the jurisdiction uses them. Flat effective tax rates ship for a set of countries and standard mileage rates for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom; both are editable per account, so anywhere else you enter the rate your own tax authority publishes.
No, and it does not claim to be. It applies a flat effective rate to your net earnings to help you set money aside. It does not model allowances, credits, filing status or local taxes. Take the exported summary to a qualified professional.
Row-level security is on for every table, so a query can only ever return your own rows plus shared reference data such as tax rates and currency lists. A handful of internal tables carry no policy at all, which means no signed-in query reaches them either. Receipt images live in a private bucket and are served through short-lived signed links, never public URLs. Deleting your account erases your records; what survives is a one-way fingerprint of your email recording that a free trial or an automatic refund was already used, so neither can be claimed twice.

Your log starts with the next drive.

Install BrewGig, allow location access, and drive. On Pro and above your first trip appears on its own, with its deductible value already worked out.

The Trips screen for a month, with deductible mileage and total distance at the top, filters for business, commute and personal, and a GPS-tracked trip showing its distance, deductible value, vehicle, start and end addresses and one-tap Business, Commute or Personal buttons.
